Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy. The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale. We've grown incredibly quickly, growing revenue by 8x YOY, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), through to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm). We've raised over $100M from world class investors like A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring an Enablement Manager who can architect how our GTM team learns, understands, and articulates Reducto's product value to customers — translating product strategy into field readiness, driving product adoption, and turning every new feature into measurable customer impact. This is a senior IC role that owns the full lifecycle of product enablement across presales and post-sales GTM - from discovery and curriculum design through delivery, measurement, and iteration. You will partner closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure every customer-facing teammate can confidently sell, implement, and expand Reducto.
Job Responsibility:
Defining and executing Reducto's product enablement and training strategy across presales and post-sales GTM, aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs
Creating engaging and scalable training content
Partnering with product to ensure our help center, knowledge base, and customer-facing documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up to date
Serving as the internal subject matter expert for customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success) and delivering training sessions that make them confident sellers and implementers of Reducto
Working closely with engineering and marketing to translate roadmap and positioning into coordinated GTM execution
Defining and tracking success metrics (time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, expansion, NPS) and presenting data-driven insights to leadership
Staying ahead of product changes, the competitive landscape, and industry trends, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve enablement quality
Experimenting with AI-driven approaches to product knowledge testing and learner experience
Requirements:
8-10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering programs that move revenue and adoption metrics
Thrived in high-growth environments where adaptability is essential
Expert in designing engaging, results-oriented training grounded in adult learning principles
Can quickly grasp complex technical products and translate them into field-ready training and documentation
Understand the AI/ML landscape
Define KPIs, track enablement ROI, and use data to drive continuous improvement
Build trust quickly across product, sales, marketing, and customer success
Nice to have:
Experience enabling teams selling AI/ML, infrastructure, or document processing products
