Job Description:

As a Sales Enablement Manager you will support the global enablement work and elevate our growing Sales team in EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who is looking to step into their first Sales Enablement role. You will work closely with Sales Managers, global Enablement colleagues, and cross-functional teams like Marketing and People team to ensure our sales teams are equipped to succeed - from onboarding through to ongoing development. This role offers plenty of room to grow, create, and shape how we enable sales excellence in the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning Sales Onboarding
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Mentors to tailor onboarding journeys by role
  • Coordinate and facilitate live onboarding sessions across time zones
  • Track ramp progress using success metrics and adapt programs accordingly
  • Support new hires with tools, resources, and practical guidance
  • Ongoing Sales Development & Skill-Building
  • Identify skill gaps and design training that addresses current and future needs
  • Deliver workshops on sales skills, product updates, and best practices
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to support team coaching and performance improvement
  • Gather feedback and adjust learning paths for optimal impact
  • Content Development & Management
  • Curate and maintain enablement content in tools like Notion or LMS
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to deliver localized messaging and materials
  • Distribute resources in engaging formats (Slack, LMS, live sessions, etc.)
  • Keep materials fresh, relevant, and aligned with go-to-market priorities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement experience
