Job Description

Verkada is expanding its hyper-growth trajectory into the LATAM market, and we are looking for a pioneering Sales Enablement Lead to be the founding leader of this function for the region. You will partner directly with LATAM Sales Leadership to drive team readiness, productivity, and a world-class onboarding experience tailored for our unique markets. This role requires a zero-to-one builder who can design, develop, and deliver scalable programs from scratch while simultaneously localizing and adapting global content and best practices for the LATAM Account Executive and Sales Development teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the LATAM Enablement Strategy: Design, develop, and execute the entire enablement strategy for the LATAM sales organization
  • Localization and Contextualization: Contextualize all existing global content, messaging, and sales methodologies for LATAM
  • Cross-Functional GTM Partner: Act as the primary enablement partner for LATAM Sales Leadership
  • End-to-End Onboarding Ownership: Own and manage the entire onboarding calendar and curriculum for all new LATAM sales hires
  • Content Development & Curation: Create and maintain high-impact sales content
  • Tools & Technology Champion: Champion the effective use of our sales technology stack
  • Become the local Product Matter Expert (PME)
  • Process Architect: Outline and implement scalable sales processes and best practices
  • Performance Measurement: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives
  • Support and Management: Assist with managing and supporting tools and resources

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement or training
  • Experience working with or supporting sales teams across multiple LATAM regions (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia) is highly preferred
  • Fluency in solution selling approaches like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger
  • Indispensable comfort navigating and championing sales technology and tools (e.g., Salesforce proficiency is a must)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in broader direct Sales roles (SDR/AE) is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in launching a program, function, or initiative from scratch
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Adaptability, focus, and resilience (grit/hustle)
  • Primarily a self-starter who thrives with autonomy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Must be independently authorized to work in Mexico
