Job Description:

Our client is hiring a Sales Enablement Coordinator to support their sales team on a contract to hire basis. With a busy Q3/Q4 ahead and exciting growth opportunities, they are seeking a dedicated Sales Enablement Coordinator to join during an important transition and contribute to our long-term success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and grow client accounts by identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance client satisfaction
  • Utilize internal software systems to track, analyze, and report financial data accurately
  • Develop and implement strategic campaign plans to drive client engagement and revenue growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM tools to streamline account management workflows
  • Monitor and optimize account performance using data-driven insights and reporting tools
  • Act as the liaison between sales teams and clients/brokers, ensuring clear and efficient communication
  • Manage inquiries related to RFPs and general quotes, and gather necessary information from clients to relay to the sales teams
  • Ensure information is relayed to sales teams and brokers as needed using Salesforce
  • Leverage technical tools, including Excel and Salesforce, to support sales operations and data processing effectively

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Enablement, Sales Coordination, Account Management, or related positions)
  • Proven experience in the benefits or HR industry is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
  • familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on responsiveness and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple teams

  • familiarity with Salesforce
