Job Description:

This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit. You'll be part of our Sales Enablement team, working with Jenna Diamond, Senior Sales Enablement Manager. The Sales Enablement team drives predictable sales results by delivering consistent, scalable enablement services—certifications, tools, and content—that equip sales-facing professionals to add value to every customer interaction. You'll be based in Boston and collaborate with teammates across New York, Spain, and France, sitting at the center of Mirakl's ambitious growth engine.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and develop sales training content and certifications, including presentations and program materials
  • Support internal communications to the broader sales organization through newsletters, emails, and other channels
  • Manage our Content Management System to improve user experience and adoption across podcasts, articles, and videos
  • Support the rollout of our new Learning Management System
  • Build and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize our sales enablement strategy, identifying skill gaps and trends
  • Organize internal trainings and sales events including onboardings, sales kick-offs, boot camps, and QBRs
  • Leverage AI to optimize team workflows

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear, professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Creative problem-solver who works well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn how to build and apply them in a professional context

Nice to have:

Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus

Monitor and optimize vendor performance across revenue, co-op, and gross margin targets, and lead Quarterly JBP Reviews to assess progress, surface insights, and course-correct
