Job Responsibility:
Participate in providing one on one sales coaching within a smaller, less complex product line, single market, or business segment within Sales Enablement functional area
Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to lower risk deliverables with narrow impact
Analyze performance trends, identify developmental needs and provide coaching techniques and recommendations to improve sales performance
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers if applicable
Requirements:
6+ months of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Should have good excel skills, knowing macro will be added advantage and must be willing to keep high quality customer service as primary focus areas
Nice to have:
5+ years of sales enablement, customer service, product SME experience
