Job Description:

Randstad has recently partnered with leading provider of green data center and IT infrastructure solutions in Southeast Asia. They are looking to hire a Sales Director to join their team in KL.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Lead the identification and acquisition of new clients, ensuring a strong sales pipeline
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and expectations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IT infrastructure or data center industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Strong understanding of data center solutions, cloud services, and IT infrastructure
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
