This is a hands-on, emerging leadership role. You will personally manage and grow strategic accounts while also leading, coaching, and developing the wider sales team to consistently deliver against ambitious commercial targets. You will work closely with Marketing, Editorial, and Customer Success to ensure exceptional client delivery and alignment across the full customer lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new business acquisition and expand Top 10 accounts through retention and upsell
Deliver consultative, insight-led solutions aligned to client needs
Represent AMJ at key Therapy Area (TA) congresses and industry events
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Run effective 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal reviews
Provide hands-on sales support, including joint calls and closing
Execute SLT-defined sales strategy across the U.S. business
Contribute insight to planning cycles and own quarterly performance reviews
