Job Responsibility:
Cover the Private Practise Scope of Dental/Ortho Industry
Create and execute a strategic plan to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
Build, motivate, develop and retain a high performing, industry benchmark sales team
Manage underperformance effectively and appropriately
Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and critical issues
Build and nurture own relationships and contacts in the industry
Attend trade shows, both local and international
Develop and nurture KOLs/speakers to further support DMs growth
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years Sales Director experience
Proven sales executive track record of sales achievement
Background in Dental (Orthodontics preferred), Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, or B2B IT SaaS
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire co workers
High level of IT knowledge and appreciation for new technology
Ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
Nice to have:
Background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho (desirable)
High level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
