Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute the UK sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion
Manage, mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team
Win high-value accounts through senior-level engagement with CEOs, CFOs and Innovation leaders
Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and partnership development
Ensure CRM accuracy to support forecasting and commercial decision-making
Requirements:
Extensive R&D knowledge & experience
Extensive commercial leadership experience in consultancy, B2B services or innovation-related finance fields
Proven experience managing and developing successful sales teams
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Highly proactive, driven, persistent and comfortable in a target-led environment
