Someone ready to step in, take ownership and help drive a meaningful turnaround. The Opportunity: This is not a maintenance role; it’s a build and lead mandate. As Sales Director, you will take charge of revenue growth, re-establish market presence and help rebuild a disciplined, high-performing sales engine. You’ll have direct visibility with the CEO and work closely with leadership across operations, production and design.
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive new business development and revenue growth
Rebuild and manage a healthy, predictable sales pipeline
Leverage existing relationships and create new opportunities
Develop and execute a focused go-to-market strategy
Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality client solutions
Implement sales structure: CRM discipline, forecasting and performance metrics
Serve as a senior face of the business with key clients, leading and managing two ASRs
Requirements:
10+ years of sales experience in print, large-format graphics, signage or vinyl
Proven ability to generate revenue and close complex deals
Strong industry relationships and business development instincts
Experience in a senior or leadership sales role
Player-coach mindset - hands-on, accountable and driven
Motivated by the opportunity to rebuild and grow a business
