We're looking for an experienced Trade Sales Director to lead a national sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships across the UK travel trade. Job Responsibility
Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
Build and strengthen relationships with travel agents, consortia, and key industry partners
Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends
Oversee sales performance, budgets, promotional campaigns, and commercial agreements

Requirements
Established sales leadership experience gained within the tour operating and/or cruise sectors
Proven success in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
Strong understanding of the UK travel trade and distribution landscape
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-focused approach
