This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercially driven sales leader who wants real influence. You will lead sales across the UK, Europe and Rest of World, build and grow a team, and play a central role in a fast-growing, family-run manufacturing business where decisions are made quickly and good ideas are acted on.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver the sales strategy across EMEA and Rest of World, directly driving revenue growth and market expansion
Lead from the front by managing and closing major accounts
Develop, motivate and grow a high-performing sales team
Build and expand effective sales channels across multiple European markets
Strengthen relationships with utilities, EPCs, distributors, OEMs and contractors
Identify new product and market opportunities, influencing development priorities and accelerating growth
Operate in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment where results, accountability and momentum are valued
Requirements:
Senior sales leadership experience within industrial, engineered or industrial technology markets
A strong track record of growing territories and closing complex, high-value deals
Experience selling through distributors, wholesalers, OEMs and large end users
The confidence and credibility to operate at senior customer and partner level
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others
Strong commercial judgement, organisation and communication skills
A proactive, decisive mindset suited to a growth environment
A full UK driving licence
Nice to have:
