This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving growth and managing a multi-million dollar revenue portfolio (approx. $50M+) for the China region. Following a major strategic regional expansion (China for China), we are seeking a visionary China Sales Director to lead our commercial operations.

Drive growth and manage a multi-million dollar revenue portfolio (approx. $50M+) for the China region
Lead a regional team through transitions, fostering a culture of high performance and alignment with global corporate values
Requirements:
Extensive experience within the semiconductor industry, specifically focusing on OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) and Wafer Fab operations
Experience managing diverse sales channels while ensuring the core business remains focused on direct terminal relationships
Demonstrated track record of identifying new growth levers and scaling operations within the China market to achieve aggressive year-on-year revenue targets
Experience managing a specialized, cross-regional team of 15+ professionals, including the direct oversight and mentoring of Sales Managers
8+ years experience in team management, including managing over 10 people team (including Sales Managers, AE, and CS)
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required
