Sales Director, B2B Advertising & Marketing Intelligence AdDaptive Intelligence AdDaptive Intelligence is transforming how B2B brands and agencies identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts. Our platform powers modern Account-Based Marketing and B2B digital advertising solutions, combining AI-driven marketing intelligence, proprietary data, and performance-driven media execution. We’re looking for a Sales Director who thrives on opening doors, shaping strategy, and closing meaningful, six- and seven-figure partnerships with agencies and brand-direct advertisers. This is a senior, revenue-driving role for someone who wants to own a territory, build relationships at the executive level, and materially impact company growth. Job Responsibility:
Own and grow a high-value pipeline of agency and brand-direct opportunities across ABM, digital advertising and marketing intelligence solutions
Proactively source new business through a mix of strategic outbound, referrals, events, and inbound demand
Lead consultative sales conversations with senior marketing and agency stakeholders, aligning AdDaptive’s capabilities to real business outcomes
Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and expand accounts into long-term, recurring partnerships
Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and growth
Represent AdDaptive at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal notes in CRM
Requirements:
5-10 years of successful B2B sales experience in adtech, martech, or B2B media
Proven track record of closing new business and growing accounts (preferably mid-market to enterprise)
Experience selling to agencies and/or brand-direct marketing teams
Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing a full pipeline independently
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
