This is your chance to play a key role in Ogury’s market development and expansion across Malaysia. As the Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of our growth, working with leading advertisers and agencies to unlock and maximize revenue opportunities in the region. You will act as a market expert for Ogury, championing our solutions to new and existing partners. In this role, you will have a direct impact on Ogury’s global Adtech offering. Working closely with the global team, you will identify new growth opportunities, advocate for Ogury’s solutions, and serve as an educator for both internal and external partners. Your contributions will be critical to building Ogury’s footprint in Malaysia and SEA, executing our go-to-market strategy, and identifying key business opportunities. You will play an essential part in shaping Ogury’s future in the region, helping to establish long-term, successful partnerships. This role reports directly to our Head of SEA Growth markets.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and drive business growth by developing new opportunities across agencies and brands within Malaysia
Maximize revenues through close collaboration ensuring alignment and achieving regional goals
Develop innovative sales initiatives and objectives that align with market needs and expectations, fostering strong market penetration
Leverage your network and industry relationships to open doors and create new business opportunities for Ogury, establishing the company’s presence in new accounts and sectors
Represent Ogury actively at networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations, increasing visibility and positioning Ogury as a market leader
Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to ensure business growth across Malaysia
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, particularly within the AdTech or Media industries, with a strong track record of success
Demonstrated expertise in Media sales and solutions for large Brands, experience in managed and programmatic offerings, including structuring and closing enterprise-wide deals with major industry players
A well-established network and relationships with key contacts at agencies and brands with the ability to leverage those connections for business growth
Previous experience in creating strategic agreements and partnerships with agencies to drive mutual success
Strong creative thinking and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and business development
A consultative mindset, with a focus on connecting with clients to help maximize their potential and build long-lasting relationships
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
