ANS is looking for an experienced Sales Director – AI Business Solutions to lead and grow our AI-focused sales division. You’ll drive new business, expand existing accounts, and develop a high‑performing sales team while strengthening our Microsoft partnership.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver annual sales targets across Microsoft & Professional Services
Lead acquisition of new customers in Commercial & Public Sector
Drive growth in existing accounts through full transformation journeys
Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team
Build strong relationships with Microsoft to drive co‑sell opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery and SLT to maximise customer outcomes
Requirements:
Strong leadership experience in AI Business Solutions (D365, BC, Power Platform)
Proven track record delivering sales growth across Commercial & Public Sector
Experience scaling sales functions and managing large teams
Excellent C‑suite communication and negotiation skills
