SeenThis is seeking a Sales Director to spearhead our commercial growth with major media agencies in the United States. Based in New York, this is a strategic and high-profile sales leadership role focused on unlocking revenue opportunities and forging impactful partnerships across agency networks. You will be instrumental in driving SeenThis’ market position by championing our innovative streaming technology to media planners, investment teams, and agency leadership. With strong relationships, a consultative approach, and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, you will shape how agencies leverage our solutions to deliver faster, more sustainable, high-performing campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Lead revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with independent and key US media agencies
Identify and unlock new business opportunities through proactive outreach and pitch leadership
Work closely with media planners, investment leads, and client directors to influence planning decisions
Integrate SeenThis solutions into agency media strategies to drive high-performing campaigns
Deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations showcasing performance, innovation, and sustainability benefits
Serve as a SeenThis ambassador at industry events, agency summits, and networking forums
Partner with Client Success, Creative Strategy, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution
Regularly report on pipeline health, revenue performance, and market feedback to inform sales strategy and product development
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in digital media sales or AdTech, with a strong emphasis on media agency partnerships
Proven track record selling video/media solutions and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Established relationships with US media agencies, including independents and holding companies
Deep knowledge of digital advertising: programmatic, display, video, and performance media
Exceptional communication and C-suite selling skills, with the ability to influence both strategic and tactical stakeholders
Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-growing, agile environment
