We’re partnering with one of the UK’s leading suppliers of luxury contract textiles to find their new Sales Director. This is a key role in a forward-thinking and rapidly growing group of companies.
Job Responsibility:
Drive forward commercial performance
Responsible for UK sales strategy across multiple divisions and territories
Responsible for Monthly Budgets and P&L (overseeing reporting, analysis and forecasting)
Be a key member of the board, striving to make changes for the better
Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and networking events as brand ambassador
Present to peers when needed
Requirements:
5+ years of experience selling contract textiles to the hospitality sector
Proven track record of driving sales and developing a strong team
Established "brand ambassador"
Proven Director with gravitas to lead experienced professionals
Passion for textiles
Experienced in P&L and budget management for a large business
Design / product led with lots of ideas and ability to collaborate with customer base
Strategic and hands-on approach
Commercially astute
Flexibility to spend time at Head Office in the North-West on a monthly basis
