Job Description:

As the APAC Commercial/Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion in the vision inspection industry. This involves leading a dynamic sales team, defining strategy, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and managing key client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Define and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
expand market share in the vision inspection industry
build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
ensure customer satisfaction
identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets and industries
lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams
monitor sales metrics
analyze data
provide regular reports to senior management
stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales
at least 3 years in a leadership role within the industrial automation, machine vision, or related industries
demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
strong understanding of vision inspection systems, cameras, and related technologies
exceptional ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
excellent verbal and written communication skills
strong analytical and strategic planning skills
willingness to travel domestically and internationally
bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
master’s degree preferred
