We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead commercial growth within the Energy sector. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, expanding emerging accounts, and developing long-term strategic relationships. You will leverage a broad portfolio of engineering and digital solutions to deliver value to customers while shaping the sales strategy across the region.
Job Responsibility:
Lead sales activities across the Energy market, focusing on generating new business and expanding existing accounts
Build, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting and prioritisation of high-value opportunities
Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organisations to support long-term account growth
Work closely with global engineering, presales, solution architects, and leadership teams to create compelling customer value propositions
Utilise a consultative and insight-driven sales approach to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable solution opportunities
Drive the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing
Draft Statements of Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensure successful internal alignment throughout the bid process
Conduct win/loss reviews and communicate key learnings to the wider sales organisation to enhance future performance
Oversee the transition of accounts to delivery teams and support successful project commencement and ongoing expansion
Facilitate account setup, stakeholder communication, and governance processes to enable service delivery
