Job Responsibility:
Run the engine for US revenue growth
Navigate complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses
Manage sales pipeline and close deals
Work on GTM strategy
Grow to manage a geography/sector/team within first 12 months
Become the best person at explaining and pitching the product
Represent at ambassadorial events
Manage senior relationships
Help with marketing, events, community, onboarding
Build and maintain close relationships across product, engineering, and customer success
Help shape product roadmap.
Requirements:
7-12 years of experience succeeding in GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies
Several years as a high-performing quota carrier
Entrepreneurial mindset
Good commercial intuition
Ability to build rapport, influence people and drive change
Gravitas to sell to senior leadership (e.g., CTOs) or ability to learn quickly
Desire to become exceptional at Sales
Consistent top percentile performance in academia, business, sport, sales team, etc.
