This is a high-impact enterprise sales role within a fast-emerging capital markets technology firm entering its next growth phase. The platform is tackling post-trade inefficiencies across derivatives, securities lending, and collateral workflows, enabling firms to modernise without full system replacement.
Job Responsibility:
Build pipeline across banks, asset managers, and fund administrators
Own full sales cycle: origination ? pilot ? commercial rollout
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements (operations, tech, legal, front office)
Position value-led transformation rather than product features
Execute land-and-expand strategies via approved vendor frameworks
Work closely with leadership, product, and strategic partners
Requirements:
8–15 years experience in enterprise sales within capital markets technology
Strong exposure to post-trade, operations, or workflow solutions
Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales environments
Comfortable building pipeline from scratch (no SDR reliance)
Experience selling into transformation programmes vs point solutions
Nice to have:
Network across mid-tier banks and buy-side firms
Experience with pilot-led sales motions
Background in vendors across post-trade, collateral, or securities finance
