In this strategic role, you will lead the efforts to satisfy, retain, and grow our relationships with our Retail Enterprise customers, driving significant revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and contract negotiation. Think of yourself as the conductor of an orchestra, harmonizing various departments and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experience while maximizing business potential.
Job Responsibility:
Spearhead revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts
Lead contract negotiations and ensure sales targets are met
Serve as the primary executive point of contact for key accounts, deeply understanding their needs and ensuring an outstanding customer journey
Develop and implement growth strategies for key accounts, collaborating with global counterparts to maximize revenue potential across markets
Lead and coordinate with various teams to ensure customer concerns are swiftly addressed and resolved
Work closely with cross-functional teams—Support, Pre-sales, Solutions, Implementation, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Sponsors—to ensure customer demands are met and expectations exceeded
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and influencing internal teams to enhance service and product offerings
Manage a high-value portfolio of key accounts and collaborate as a team leader for other Key Account Managers in the region
Monitor customer performance and proactively address discrepancies to maintain revenue flow
Track and optimize revenue growth against forecasts for new accounts, products, and services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information using Salesforce and other CRM tools
Take full accountability for resolving major incidents, ensuring rapid service resumption by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership or team leader roles, such as Sales Director or Senior Key Account Manager, within the Retail Technology environment and/or the fintech Payment ecosystem
Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Ability to build trust, influence key decision-makers, and solve problems with an executive-level presence
Experience in the Retail and Payments industry landscape is highly desirable
A growth and results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on delivering value to customers and achieving ambitious sales goals
Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and peers to achieve shared goals
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
