Job Responsibility:
Enhance brand visibility in the renewable energy market through public relations efforts, digital marketing initiatives, and participation in relevant industry events
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, assess competitor activities, and identify business opportunities within Malaysia’s solar sector
Lead the sales team in meeting revenue targets across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar product segments
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government tenders, corporate power purchase agreements (PPAs), and solar farm developments
Provide guidance and oversight to the marketing and sales teams, with a focus on developing a results-oriented and collaborative work culture
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators—such as sales conversion rates, marketing return on investment (ROI), and customer acquisition costs—to support informed strategic decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor graduate in engineering, marketing or equivalent qualification
With proven years of experience in leadership role in the solar/ renewable industry
Proven track record in solar industry
Possess strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
