A high-growth, multi-state home services organization is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead regional sales operations, drive large-scale revenue growth, and build high-performing leadership teams. This role oversees a multi-state footprint, manages a pipeline exceeding $100M annually, and shapes the sales strategy for continued expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and scale regional sales managers across multiple states
Develop sales KPIs and monitor regional trends in a high-volume environment
Drive revenue strategies to achieve and exceed aggressive growth targets
Oversee forecasting and management of a $100M+ annual sales pipeline
Expand market presence and strengthen performance within existing accounts
Ensure consistent execution of sales standards and an exceptional customer experience
Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to maintain alignment
Requirements:
Proven success generating $100M+ in annual sales revenue
Senior sales leadership experience
multi-state oversight strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing sales teams
Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation capabilities
Ability to travel regularly
