This is a hands-on, performance-driven sales leadership role. You will own revenue growth, pipeline discipline, sales execution and commercial performance across the business. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team. This is not a corporate reporting role. This is a build-and-execute role.

Requirements:
Commercially driven sales leader
Comfortable owning a number
Experienced in B2B technical or industrial sales
Strong in pipeline management and forecasting
Data-driven and disciplined
Comfortable operating in a scale-up environment
Hands-on - you will close deals as well as lead
Led sales in a £10–50m B2B business
Built or scaled a sales team
Sold into engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical buyers
Improved win rates and shortened sales cycles
Worked closely with operations or production teams
