Sales Director - Western Canada. This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home. The Sales Leader for Western Canada is a key role in the success of HPE Networking in Canada who will lead the team by strategically selling, enabling, and executing a comprehensive GTM strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Typically manages employees, resources, or projects across different BU's
  • May indirectly manage other related functions in addition to Sales
  • Manages moderate to large quotas dependent on region complexity, including operating profit targets
  • Participates and influences in investment decisions, pricing decision, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Related sales management experience and work results including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals
  • Demonstrated level of project management skills
  • University or Bachelor's degree
  • Typically 10+ years experience in sales
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Miller Heiman
  • Experience selling into all verticals (ex. Government, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc)
  • Geographic Knowledge - experience and understanding of the Enterprise and Public Sector markets in BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, NWT, Nunavut, Yukon
  • Has built different motions for different provinces
