H is hiring a Sales Director based in New York City to lead our commercial expansion in the United States. If you're a strategic thinker with a strong B2B sales background and a passion for AI, this is your chance to shape the future of an ambitious French tech company.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement a scalable go-to-market strategy to open and expand our presence in the US market
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, from enterprise to mid-market clients across multiple industries
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging consultative and value-based selling approaches
  • Develop strategic alliances and channel partnerships to support growth
  • Provide continuous feedback to product and marketing teams about client needs, trends, and market dynamics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B GTM experience
  • at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
  • entrepreneurial, autonomous hands-on, data-driven, and resilient mindset
  • deep understanding of the US B2B market
  • experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
  • proven success in opening new markets, building a client base from scratch, and consistently exceeding sales targets
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • comfortable presenting to C-level executives
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or relevant post-grad education is a plus
  • based in or around New York City with the ability to travel when needed
