Exceptional opportunity to work for a fast-growing global Insurtech with a positive reputation, trusted by ambitious insurance businesses to accelerate speed-to-market, improve operational efficiency and support scalable growth. We are searching for a highly driven Insurtech Sales Hunter with an entrepreneurial and IC mindset, who can work independently on creating and delivering on market strategy. Our Client is not looking at Account Management experience. This role will hold accountability for our Client's future business growth across the UK & European market. Recent sales success in a new business Data Sales role with Insurance Clients, could be an ideal fit!

Job Responsibility

  • Lead business growth and commercial operations of established Insurance Technology Platform business across UK & European markets
  • Deliver direction, development, management, and implementation of strategies designed to grow the business
  • Create and execute territory business plan and overall sales strategy
  • Generate and follow up leads through relationships, industry meets, marketing campaigns
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business to business, consultative relationships with C Suite, key decision-makers and influencers
  • Deliver outstanding experience for customers and drive strong adoption, expansion, retention, and referrals
  • Enable enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation and business outcomes through IT transformation
  • Be equally adept at working with large and small insurers, and the insurance distribution ecosystem
  • Drive high-performance standards and a cohesive culture throughout the region

Requirements

  • Worked for either Insurtech, Insurance or Insurance data Management platforms
  • Recent focused Sales Hunter experience (current role) with c10 years experience
  • Focused career in Insurance, rather than other sectors
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions into large Insurers and MGAs
  • Lloyd's/London Market UK client network - essential
  • From Product, not Services background and currently in a new business, rather than an account management role
  • Proven track record of success against new business sales targets - please highlight on CV
  • Track record of stability and growth in recent career roles
  • Happy to regularly travel across UK/Europe for client visits
  • Insurance data sales experience highly advantageous
  • Highly driven, hungry, strategic and analytical
  • Must be based in UK, within easy reach of London for multiple weekly meetings
