Wind River is seeking a talented, ambitious, and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and help shape the future of our products, solutions, and ultra-reliability standards, delivering exceptional performance and efficiency. This role involves developing new markets and business opportunities across the Southeast Asia region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and setting strategic initiatives for Cloud and Enterprise Linux business opportunities across all verticals in SEA region
  • Developing strategies to expand our product offerings to new customers and markets
  • Conducting market analysis based on insights from existing customers and local distributors
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of customers' business needs and proactively proposing solutions
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in Cloud and Enterprise Linux
  • Building strong partnerships with major OEMs in Southeast Asia
  • Formulating global go-to-market strategies focused on revenue growth and scalability
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Regularly gathering forecasts, pipeline updates, and feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience selling software products/services
  • Understanding Cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English
  • Proven track record of increasing deal size and consistently achieving or exceeding MBO/Quota targets
  • Ability to accurately assess and align with customer requirements
  • Skilled in developing product and account strategies
  • Self-disciplined team player with a proactive attitude
