Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead commercial B2B model changes and develop new revenue streams
Achieve sustainable profit and market share growth
Direct a team of professionals in developing and implementing sales initiatives
Develop and maintain key client relationships with superior customer service
Deliver world-class products and services through profitable sales strategies
Maintain and expand a network of strategic partners
Monitor cross-functional team performance
Establish the organization as the global leader in the segment
Define and lead new segment strategies
Act as the point of contact for the Singapore legal entity if based there
Manage local P&L and integrated EBIT

Requirements:

Master's degree, MBA preferred
10+ years of management experience in an international business setting
Significant experience in sales and marketing
Fluent English
knowledge of Chinese and/or Thai is a plus
Exceptionally organized and driven by success
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
Outstanding negotiating skills
Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
Solid history of data-driven strategic development
Decisive and committed leadership style
