This is a high-impact leadership position within our Parking Business Unit, specifically sitting in the Distribution EU/UK sub-function. As the Sales Director for Off-Street and Access Controlled Parking, you will serve as a strategic architect of revenue growth, reporting directly to the Country Director. You will lead a dedicated team of Account Managers across a specific cluster, working closely with key stakeholders in Open Parking to ensure a unified approach to the market. Job Responsibility:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute robust sales strategies for off-street and access-controlled markets to achieve ambitious revenue targets and KPIs
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a collaborative culture and driving excellence in client engagement
Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities with private operators and municipalities, managing the full sales pipeline from forecasting to closing
Relationship Management: Build enduring partnerships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their challenges and position tailored solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to provide market feedback and manage the technical intricacies of significant tender responses

Requirements:
Significant progressive experience in sales and business development
