Job Description

This is a high-impact leadership position within our Parking Business Unit, specifically sitting in the Distribution EU/UK sub-function. As the Sales Director for Off-Street and Access Controlled Parking, you will serve as a strategic architect of revenue growth, reporting directly to the Country Director. You will lead a dedicated team of Account Managers across a specific cluster, working closely with key stakeholders in Open Parking to ensure a unified approach to the market. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of urban mobility by managing complex sales cycles and driving the adoption of our cutting-edge parking solutions across private operators and municipalities.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute robust sales strategies for off-street and access-controlled markets to achieve ambitious revenue targets and KPIs
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a collaborative culture and driving excellence in client engagement
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities with private operators and municipalities, managing the full sales pipeline from forecasting to closing
  • Relationship Management: Build enduring partnerships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their challenges and position tailored solutions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to provide market feedback and manage the technical intricacies of significant tender responses

Requirements

  • Significant progressive experience in sales and business development
  • [2-3]+ years in a dedicated leadership or senior sales capacity
  • Proven track record of success in the parking industry, specifically within Open Parking, garages, and private operator segments
  • Strong technical aptitude regarding garage gated solutions, parking management systems, and associated mobility technologies
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and high-level negotiations with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce) and Google Suite to drive data-led decision-making
  • Fluency in the local language and professional proficiency in English
