Job Responsibility
Be responsible for AH diagnostics' sales budget and profit in Denmark and Sweden, as well as reaching overall KPIs relevant for our strategic goals
Coach and support your teams of Product Specialists
Handle and negotiate contracts with Key Accounts and attend customer visits when needed
Be responsible for the implementation of AH diagnostics' strategy and values for the Danish and Swedish sales team
Collaborate with suppliers according to AH diagnostics' values and business strategy
Be a part of the Nordic Management team
Requirements
Relevant experience and education in sales leadership and life science
At least 3 years of practical experience as a sales team leader and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Senior level sales experience
A high level of Danish or Swedish and English, orally and in writing
Good analytical and communication skills and you understand the importance of planning
Experienced user of the MS Office suite and CRM system
