Job Description

As the Director of Digital Native Sales at Neo4j, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, sales strategy, and revenue generation targeting Digital Native and Commercial Accounts across the United States. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, overseeing the development and execution of sales initiatives, client relationships, and strategic partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the graph database landscape, influence industries, and drive innovation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships nationally
  • Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met and exceeded
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, executives, and stakeholders
  • Navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations for large deals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Management role in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital native accounts
  • Experience in selling database products
  • Proven track record of success in driving new business and expanding existing customer base
  • Demonstrated success in building, hiring, and scaling large enterprise sales teams
  • Experience operating in a high-growth business environment
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Proficiency in navigating complex contract structures and handling large seven-figure deals
  • Strong history of quota attainment and exceptional performance within a high-achieving team
