As the Director of Digital Native Sales at Neo4j, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, sales strategy, and revenue generation targeting Digital Native and Commercial Accounts across the United States. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, overseeing the development and execution of sales initiatives, client relationships, and strategic partnerships. Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships nationally
Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met and exceeded
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, executives, and stakeholders
Navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations for large deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business goals
Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success in a high-growth environment
Leverage your customer-facing skills to engage effectively with executives
Utilize familiarity with cloud service providers, channel partnerships, and knowledge of Database as a Service (DBaaS) and the broader database market to explore growth opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Management role in Enterprise SaaS sales
3+ years of experience managing digital native accounts
Experience in selling database products
Proven track record of success in driving new business and expanding existing customer base
Demonstrated success in building, hiring, and scaling large enterprise sales teams
Experience operating in a high-growth business environment
Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Proficiency in navigating complex contract structures and handling large seven-figure deals
Strong history of quota attainment and exceptional performance within a high-achieving team
Nice to have:
Familiarity or proficiency with cloud service providers and channel partnerships
