The EMEA Sales Director role is a newly created position, based in the UK, supporting our rapid expansion and recent product launches. Data-Driven Management: Use CRM and analytics tools to track sales metrics, forecast accurately, and make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement
Client Engagement: Engage directly with high-value prospects and clients to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and build long-term partnerships
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within EMEA, adapt to evolving market trends, and align with our strategic direction
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and other teams to drive alignment, create a seamless client journey, and model AlphaSense’s values of open communication and collaboration
Requirements:
Proven record in sales management and leadership, with consistent target overachievement across industries and buyer personas
Expertise in managing complex SaaS sales cycles, with a focus on continuous sales process optimisation
Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals
Effective in cross-functional collaboration with experience in multi-departmental initiatives
Dedicated to feedback and team growth support
Experience in a fast-scaling SaaS environment and selling to research professionals within the Corporate market
