Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic national sales plans to expand market share within the fine chemical and petrochemical sectors
Lead, mentor, and manage a national sales team of approximately ten professionals to consistently achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs
Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts, industry stakeholders, and major engineering firms
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and capture new business opportunities within the process industry
Collaborate with technical and production departments to ensure customized fluid equipment solutions meet complex client specifications
Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, technical bidding, contract negotiation, and after-sales coordination
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering discipline from a reputable, full-time university
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in industrial sales, specifically within the fluid equipment or process industry sectors
At least 5 years of proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of business models, procurement processes, and value-chain dynamics within the petrochemical and fine chemical industries
Fluent verbal and written English communication skills, capable of effective collaboration in a multinational corporate environment
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities with a result-oriented mindset
Ability to travel nationwide as required to support business development and team management activities
