Job Description

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft. As an Enterprise Commercial Leader and senior member of the area leadership team, you will build and accelerate the momentum of AI transformation for enterprise customers and partners, as well as for Microsoft and deliver on short-term and long-term financial goals and responsibilities. As a senior leader and sales coach, you will be fluent in sales-leadership practices and lead with vision, simplicity, and execution on a determined strategy. Collaborate with key leaders/stakeholders across the organization to build a sustainable growth engine that is cohesive, resilient, and optimized. Drive joint, continuous business planning and alignment with internal and external audiences. In addition, this role has people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance.   • Exceed Revenue, Consumption, Usage and Customer Satisfaction goals
  • Demonstrate C-Suite engagement in accelerating customers’ AI Transformation, driving a significant increase in deal size through industry knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organization
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 13+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
