As a specialized consultancy within a global organization, we combine agility with deep expertise to deliver impactful, scalable digital experiences. As an Outbound Sales Director, you will drive new business growth by prospecting, engaging, and acquiring clients for our Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients through outbound sales efforts, with a primary focus on selling our Adobe solutions (i.e. Experience Manager Sites & Assets, Target, Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics). Your expertise in software sales and strong communication skills will be instrumental in effectively presenting our products, understanding customer needs, and closing deals. While a deep technical background is not strictly needed, a technical-functional expertise on Adobe product services and in particular on innovation features such as AI-related functionalities is required.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new potential customers
  • Initiate sales outreach via phone, email, and other channels to create interest in Adobe solutions
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations for Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including pricing proposals, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline records within the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to support a seamless sales process

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound sales within SaaS
  • Experience managing full SaaS sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals
  • Technical-functional familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Up to 20% travel

  • Experience selling Adobe AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Target, Analytics, or Real-Time CDP
