Job Description:

As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business acquisition across cloud and data center services. This is a hunter role focused on identifying and closing high-value opportunities, with a strong emphasis on solution-based selling. The position is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Managing Director

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and secure new logo clients across enterprise and public sector verticals, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, data center modernization, and managed services
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex cloud solutions including AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to craft tailored proposals that address client-specific challenges
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, consistently progressing opportunities from qualification to closure
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the company as a strategic partner
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to shape sales strategies and value propositions
  • Work closely with internal teams including product, delivery, and marketing to ensure alignment and seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales within IT consulting, cloud infrastructure and data center services
  • Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and closing large-scale deals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at C-level
  • 8 years experience
