Job Description

In the Sales Development role, you will lead new client acquisition and revenue generation in the ATI Worksite Solutions business line. You will create a sales pipeline for new employers and provide visibility to senior management, attend industry conferences, and other events to develop the ATI brand and network for lead generation.

Job Responsibility

  • Prospect new employer clients
  • cold-calling
  • Attend industry conferences to network with potential clients and establish the ATI brand including partnering with operations on presentation opportunities
  • Collaborate with AWS colleagues to share leads generated to achieve the goal of securing business

Requirements

  • 5 years of employer sales experience
  • Understands safety and wellness programs that employers implement to prevent workplace injuries
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prospect new opportunities, cold-calling, and develop a sales pipeline
  • Connect with key employer decision makers to develop relationships to effectively sell AWS services
  • Ability to collaborate with other ATI teams within Employer Solutions
  • Work collectively with other AWS team members to articulate leads and pipeline opportunities to grow the business
  • Support and execute a sales plan

Experience in employer contractual sales for onsite occupational medicine and workplace injury prevention
