The SDR A&D (Sales Development Representative – Architects and Designers) position is focused on various initiatives primarily aimed at Designers and Architects, pre-qualifying B2B leads from different sources to fill our funnel for the sales teams. Additionally, it focuses on reactivation and activation actions of databases and may also perform tasks of searching for potential B2B leads on external platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Management of all B2B leads captured from different traffic sources, including digital campaigns, events, trade shows, or other acquisition channels. This management will be carried out through calls
Ensure timely qualification engagements and properly identify if there is a real business opportunity, sending those that are to the Sales team
Push for the adoption and activation of professionals on digital platforms during calls
Activate/reactivate database accounts through phone calls, aiming to find real direct/indirect sales opportunities, update the database, and improve CRM segmentations
Maintain accurate up to date records of leads, activities and outcomes using our CRM (Salesforce)
Collaborate with Sales team and help them to run leads and opportunities on time
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation and awareness strategies
Participate in follow-up meetings with commercial teams, the central HQ team, General Managers, and Regional Directors
Provide monthly reports of their work and the results obtained against the set objectives
Offer excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during call management
Customize the pitch based on the needs and particularities of the client and their business context. Develop thoughtful messaging that reflects understanding of customer challenges and industry trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Architecture or in Interior Design or related industries
2-3 years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding key targets
Excellent verbal and written communication, Italian Native Speaker (daily communication with customers), fluent in English and/or Spanish (company internal languages)
Experience with Salesforce preferably or other CRMs
