The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a key outbound position focused exclusively on the US market. This is not an entry-level role. The client is looking for an SDR with prior outbound experience who is comfortable engaging US-based decision-makers and working US time zones. The SDR will be responsible for opening conversations, booking qualified meetings, and contributing directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Launch outbound activity quickly and maintain 100+ outbound activities per day
Book 15+ qualified meetings per month with US-based prospects
Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Maintain accurate CRM records (GoHighLevel or similar)
Test and optimize messaging, sequences, and outreach channels
Adapt communication based on responses, objections, and market signals
Collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversion rates
Share call insights to strengthen positioning and messaging
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales / SDR roles
Mandatory experience selling to the US market
Strong spoken and written English (business level)
Confidence communicating with US-based founders and executives
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
High level of discipline with CRM usage
Resilience, coachability, and performance orientation
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare, professional services, or B2B sales is a plus
