We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying prospects, sparking meaningful conversations, and booking high-quality meetings that will fuel GEEIQ’s growth through 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Research and identify target accounts that align with GEEIQ’s ideal customer profile
Use a mix of outbound channels including email, LinkedIn and calls to engage prospects
Personalise outreach based on brand activity, partnerships and marketing objectives
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, interest and urgency
Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives, setting clear context and objectives
Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting
Work with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, events and content-led leads
Continuously improve your approach through coaching, feedback and experimentation
Requirements:
Some experience in sales, customer-facing roles or commercial environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence speaking to new people and asking thoughtful questions
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from feedback
Interest in technology, digital marketing, gaming or virtual worlds
Organised, resilient and comfortable working towards targets
Ambition to progress into an Account Executive or broader commercial role
Nice to have:
