The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their technology needs and provide product knowledge to guide customer decisions. This role involves demonstrating and explaining software solution capabilities to inform customer decision making and supporting with managing accounts. This role will also support the wider Sales Team on sales administrative activities.
Job Responsibility:
Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals
Interact with customers to understand their technology needs and providing recommendations for right the right solution
You will need to pick up the phone and call people on a daily basis
Support with potential business opportunities with clients, discovering and exploring further details regarding the opportunities to build an effective pipeline
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Nuix product and value-adds including new releases and be informed about latest industry developments
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in sales, prospecting, or other customer-facing roles requiring persistence, communication, and relationship building
Confidence to present and demonstrate software and solution value to key prospects
Proven negotiation skills
Thrives in high-performance, fast-paced environments
Self-motivated with senior-level autonomy and accountability
