Job Description:

A high-volume outbound telesales role focused on cold calling, rapid qualification, and booking high-quality discovery calls for senior colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Build target lists by sector, size and persona
High-volume cold calling to open conversations and book meetings
Follow structured phone + email cadences with basic personalisation
Qualify leads (need, authority, timing, fit) and hand over cleanly
Confirm meeting logistics and complete pre-call briefs
Log all calls, notes, and data accurately in Salesforce
Nurture older leads and reactivate prospects
Participate in weekly coaching and product training

Requirements:

1–3 years telesales/SDR/outbound call centre experience
Confident on the phone with clear communication
Resilient and target-driven
Competent Salesforce user
Remote-ready setup and ability to work UK hours

Nice to have:

Experience booking meetings in professional services or financial advisory
Familiarity with Sales Navigator, dialers, sequencing tools
Interest in learning basic R&D tax/grants knowledge
