This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is designed as a true springboard: you will receive intensive coaching to master the art of complex prospecting and quickly evolve toward account management roles. Job Responsibility:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling)
Maintain a high activity volume with a target of 250 weekly interactions
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop penetration strategies for specific market niches
Become an expert in payment solutions and articulate the value proposition to high-level decision-makers
Rigorously manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
Requirements:
Recent graduate or possess initial experience in sales (or high-intensity customer service, such as hospitality/restaurants)
High learning capacity (coachability), intellectual curiosity, and self-discipline
Full English proficiency to communicate daily with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec
A university degree is an asset, but we primarily value personality and growth potential
Humble and collaborative attitude, free of a 'hero complex'

What we offer:
Competitive base salary of $65,000 with a total target compensation (OTE) of $88,000
