The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the key player in kickstarting our sales process. As an SDR, you’ll generate opportunities and build our revenue pipeline through a mix of inbound lead conversion and outbound (cold) prospecting. You’ll research potential clients, craft compelling messages, and schedule meetings for our Territory and Account Executives. Job Responsibility:
Identify and research organizations that fit KnowBe4’s ideal customer profile
Reach out to key stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn with personalized, impactful messaging
Address objections and create excitement about meeting with our team
Collaborate with Territory/Account Executives to generate opportunities and drive revenue growth
Keep detailed records of activities in our CRM
Share your results and insights with leadership during monthly business reviews
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
