As a sales development representative (SDR), you will work in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Working across both marketing and sales for new business development, the key areas of focus will be building new relationships with customers in our target markets, identifying and qualifying leads, and moving potential projects through the sales process.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying new business opportunities
Prospecting and lead generation
Email marketing and social media marketing
Identifying customer needs and scheduling sales meetings
Delivering engaging presentations
Working together as a team with engineers to develop and present proposals
Closing proposals and identifying future opportunities
Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Associates degree required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, technical, or related field preferred
2+ years of technology-related or manufacturing-related sales experience
Demonstrated track record of successful B2B lead generation and sales
Self-motivated and competitive
Comfortable in a metric-driven environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
A love of prospecting, hunting, and outbound lead generation
