He/she will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. He/she will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our services, understanding their needs, and setting up qualified meetings for senior sales executives.
Job Responsibility:
Research and identify potential clients in target industries and geographies
Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their business challenges and requirements
Schedule meetings/demos for Account Executives and Sales Managers
Maintain detailed lead information and activity tracking in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho)
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and ensure consistent messaging
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead generation targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (IT services experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead engagement tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling objections
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
